FASNexus is part of FAS Group and was formed from the merger in April 2006 of FAS Management Limited and TVM Fusion Limited. FAS Management, our independent back-office administration services provider for the finance industry, has operated in New Zealand since 1999. TVM Fusion, our administration software development company, was formed from the merger of two other companies in 2001 - TVM Software and Datafusion - whose complementary software products together form the systems backbone of FAS Management and many other clients.

Since its inception, FASNexus has grown to over 45 staff managing many millions of dollars of our clients' leasing, loans and savings portfolios. We now offer a broad range of administration and software services aimed at the small to large finance company looking for an unmatched depth and breadth of experience in the operation and management of their business.
