Following her appointment as Strategic Director in October 2006, Kim was responsible for the strategic review of FASNexus which resulted in the restructure. The Board of FASNexus has appointed Kim to her new role thereby recognising Kim's part in managing the restructure through to fruition. Kim's mix of legal, technical and commercial skills and experience were gained in NZ and Australia.

After almost 6 months of reviews and workshops the FASNexus Board has approved a structure that builds a foundation for growth throughout Australasia. In responding to the growing scope and complexity of services requried by clients throughout NZ and Australia the restructure will bring greater levels of efficiency and accountability to the team through a management and team structure that focuses on performance and above all else, excellence of service.
