Who are we?
TVM Fusion was formed in 2002 from the merger of Datafusion of New Zealand and TVM Software of South Africa. Prior to the merger, both companies had been active in the financial software industry since 1997. Datafusion had developed application processing and credit-scoring software for some of New Zealand’s top finance houses. TVM Software had focussed on back-office loan administration systems for its South African and European customers. The merger of the two companies provided an end-to-end solution for a wide range of industries.
Since then, TVM Fusion has been merged into FASNexus to work more closely with the Administration side of the business, a leading user of the software, CreditPlus. By having direct access to real end users of the system day-to-day, FASNexus is able to very quickly develop and test new functionality for the benefit of all users of CreditPlus.
What do we know?
The accumulated experience and knowledge base of today's software development team is substantial. The management team have been involved in the IT and finance industry for most of their careers. Our current client base, spanning one of the world's largest banks to small debenture-funded finance companies in New Zealand, shows that our expertise can support a wide range of clients in the finance industry. Indeed, our software has processed more than 350,000 credit applications and administers loans with a combined value of over 20 billion US Dollars.

With offices in Auckland, Sydney and Cape Town, we are able to exploit the time differences to provide you with round-the-clock development and support. Our Auckland development and support office is equipped with a modern 65-seat call centre. Using remote administration technology, we can provide you with optimum service levels wherever you are in the world to ensure that your needs are met quickly and efficiently, supporting the smooth running of your business.
