We provide support for the systems of our existing clients on normal working days in New Zealand from 08:30hrs to 17:00hrs, NZ time, except for Auckland Day and where previously agreed. If you have any support requirements beyond these hours, please contact us to discuss them.

In all cases, please describe your issue or question in detail, including in particular any errors, messages or systems feedback and a description of what you were trying to do when you hit problems with our systems. This will enable us to investigate and fix the problems or answer your questions faster.
